In accordance with the art. 5.2 of the Royal decree 1671/2009 , of 6 November 2009, by which develops partially the Law 11/2007 , of 22 June, of electronic access of the citizens to the public services, the electronic headquarters will have accessible his instrument of creation, directly or by means of link to his publication in the «Official Bulletin of the State ».
It access to the relative rule to the creation of the electronic headquarters, to the Electronic Register and to the forms normalised for the presentation of applications, writings and communications.
